Provider of non‑hazardous solid waste collection, recycling, disposal and energy services.
Develops and maintains Workday HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for stakeholders.
Assists with changes to Workday security related to delivery of reports.
Serves as functional support for HR technology gathering requirements, writing business process procedures and systems integration documentation.
Analyzes user requests to research to leverage Workday delivered reports.
Builds and maintains reports and calculated fields in Workday.
Consults with end users on high level and complex reporting solutions; Designs, develops, tests and promotes reports.
Works with internal and external groups to identify, schedule and test reporting changes to the systems.
Identifies gaps and uses critical thinking to analyze the most proficient way to fix reporting gaps.
Uses best practices and industry standards in developing custom reports.
Analyzes reporting requirements to determine development methods, development templates, and report design.

Designs and develops accurate dashboards, reports, presentations and visual aids for on demand access through Workday.

Experience with creating queries using multiple query tools.
Must be able to work independently or collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Proactively shares knowledge with team to achieve objectives, analyze improvements, and better customer satisfaction.
Experience building PowerBI Dashboards for enterprise use.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects and work in high-volume, fast-paced environment.
An understanding of human resources concepts, processes, laws and procedures is very helpful.

Technical knowledge and experience with all forms of advanced Workday reporting and integrations (Matrix, Dashboards, Composite, XML, BIRT.
Experience with system development life cycle.
Minimum of 5 years of in-depth, hands-on reporting experience.
