As a Safety Manager, you will ensure the safety of employees, trade partners, and the public on Clark's world‑class construction projects. You will enforce Clark's Safety and Health Policy as well as local, state and federal safety standards, creating a culture of care throughout each jobsite.
In this role you will partner with project supervisors to develop safe work plans, oversee safety compliance, mentor safety staff, and integrate hazard‑mitigation measures into construction planning. You will also lead safety education for onsite personnel and subcontractors, and support corporate safety initiatives and third‑party reviews.
This is an active, hands‑on role that involves frequent navigation of uneven terrain, stairs, ladders and hoists, as well as lifting materials up to 50 pounds. You will work both on active construction sites—exposed to variable weather, noise and moving equipment—and in an office setting for documentation and meetings.
The position requires at least four years of construction‑safety experience and an undergraduate degree in safety, health, or a related field, or equivalent trade experience. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in crane, fall protection, excavation, scaffolding and heavy‑equipment safety, and possess strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
