■ Participates in post-RFP debrief meetings to capture new and updated content to refresh the database library.
■ Ensures quality by using Galloway proposal processes for reviews and rigorous quality controls.
■ Tracks proposal pursuits, including wins/losses and time allocation.
■ Manages and participates in the entire proposal process, from capture planning, kickoff, and strategy through final submittal.
■ Prepares and assembles a visually appealing, high-quality product, ensuring compliance, correct grammar, readability, completeness, and attractive presentation.
■ Prepares and maintains company content, project descriptions, and employee resumes.
■ Leads and contributes to strategy discussions with technical teams
■ Prepares compliance matrices, proposal schedules, and work plans for proposal teams.
■ Effectively manages and meets multiple and concurrent deadlines.
■ Collaborates with subject matter experts and external partners on pursuits.
■ Coordinates and creates interview presentations and content as needed.
■ Leads color reviews and incorporates feedback.
■ Communicates in a timely and effective manner within the team members and outside contacts.
■ Uses CRM to manage and report on proposal support and maintain the proposal resource database.

As a Sr. Specialist, you will lead technical staff across a variety of architecture and engineering disciplines and regions to create compelling, strategic, and best value proposals that capture Galloway's people-first culture and collaborative spirit. Your leadership, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to combine personal drive with a team-focused mindset will be critical to helping our proposal team reach new heights in proposal development. In addition to proposal responses, we are looking for someone who will work with our Proposal & Pursuit Team Manager to help shape our proposal initiatives, capture planning strategies, and junior staff. ■ Detail-oriented and highly organized.
■ Ability to appropriately apply advanced knowledge of Galloway's capabilities, policies, and services.
■ Possesses intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Acrobat, as well as the Microsoft Office suite. Graphic design experience a plus.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, English, journalism, or equivalent experience through career progression.
Five-plus years of experience in written marketing communications and the proposal response process.

The Sr. Proposal Specialist is responsible for managing the development of high quality, compliant, client-focused responses to requests for proposals (RFPs). This position requires advanced knowledge of the RFP process, as well as a strong understanding of marketing and proposal best practices and strategies to create winning proposals that help to expand Galloway's regional and market reach. Ideal candidates will be experienced in managing technical teams to respond to both municipal and private-sector RFPs within the AEC industry.

The estimated starting base salary for this role is $90,000-$110,000.
