Effective communication and negotiating skills
Experience within the water industry is essential, preferably within both water and wastewater environments, but also advantageous to have other utility estimating experience
Commercial and contractual knowledge and understanding
Ability to react to constant workloads and delegate accordingly
Able to follow process and governance
Excellent people management skills
Preferably degree qualified in engineering, Quantity Surveying, cost & planning or similar
Preferably experience of delivering water and/or wastewater projects
Ability and desire to identify opportunities and influence change
