- Create and program site databases
- Provide technical assistance to installation sub-contractors as required
- Configure, setup, and calibrate end devices on factory or field installed hardware
- Ensure project database and graphics database are backed up to network drive at job completion
- Maintain accurate and complete project notes that can be used by engineering for As-Built drawings
- Maintain service uniform wear such as hats, shirts, pants, and shoes to ensure compliance with company dress code
- Utilize Checkout documentation provided by engineering to verify system performance
- Provide remote access information for sites to Virtual Service
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, legal regulations, and recommended best practices
- Examine and troubleshoot communication Links and Local Area Networks
- Provide on-site Owner Training Classes for customers
- Collaborate with all Associates to uphold the company's mission and values
- Ensure documentation procedures are followed as an ongoing process
- Inspect, maintain, and complete necessary repairs for all company provided materials including fleet vehicle, tools, equipment
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities (TPC, Online webinars, etc.)
- Represent company by serving as a direct customer contact, working to develop, maintain, and enhance customer relationships
- Identify, analyze and diagnose BAS and system problems through remote interface means or directly while on site

- Proficiency with applicable maintenance tools, connected login, and operational renderings
- 3+ years of related experience
- Travel 50% of the time is required
- Associates degree in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Experience with Trane, Tridium, and/or Teletrol building automation is desired but experience with other control manufacturers such as Johnson Controls, Schneider, Honeywell, Siemens, Distech, etc. will also be considered
- Ability to prove US employment eligibility
- Knowledge and understanding of various communications protocols used in the industry including BACnet, LonTalk and Modbus; familiarity with networking applications, Ethernet, TCP-IP, IP Networks and infrastructure
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Knowledgeable with the products and services offered by Brady and effective in the sales of those products and services
- Proficiency with computer devices (including laptops, tablets, and smart phones) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple iOS software
