  • Monitor the property for safety hazards and security concerns, reporting any issues promptly to the property manager.
  • Interact with residents in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their concerns or requests promptly.
  • Keep an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the property manager when supplies need to be replenished.
  • Collect and dispose of trash from common areas and designated trash collection points.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and green spaces. Ensure that these areas are free from litter and debris.
  • Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and recreational areas.
  • Clean common area appliances, such as washing machines and dryers, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs beyond your capability to the property manager or maintenance team.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, property rules, and regulations. Ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are performed in compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
  • Be available for emergency response situations, such as responding to leaks or other urgent maintenance needs after hours.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
  • A valid Driver's License is required to complete the essential functions of the position (traveling to different properties, obtaining/transporting supplies, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Janitorial, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety guidelines and the ability to follow them.
