The Property Manager oversees the property’s performance by maximizing profitability and maintaining standards within operational and budgetary objectives. Property Managers support and guide their staff to promote customer satisfaction, management, and skill development. They supervise contractors, monitor the quality of work, and ensure compliance with fire and life safety standards. This position requires travel to Ottawa and Sherbrooke.
