- Review all non-purchase order related invoices for proper authorization and account coding
- Match Project invoices to Purchase Order receipts, reviewing for accuracy
- Collaborate with all Associates to uphold the company’s mission and values
- Route freight bills for approvals and account coding
- Communicate with Purchasing regarding any discrepancies.
- Match Service invoices to Purchase Order receipts, reviewing for accuracy
- Respond to vendor phone calls and/or emails in a timely manner
- Monthly vendor statement reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, legal regulations, and recommended best practices
- Complete new vendor credit applications
- Match all payments to supporting documentation
- Make necessary vendor payments via online portal
- Set up new vendors and maintain W9 information
- Create and maintain electronic back up of all payments
- Communicate with Project Admins regarding any discrepancies

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel software
