This senior-level engineering role offers client-facing and business-development opportunities in addition to project execution duties. The incumbent will develop permit and license applications for new reactor power plants, medical isotope facilities, and fuel-cycle sites. The work also includes coordinating license amendment requests, performing 10 CFR 50.59 safety evaluations, and interpreting NRC regulations and guidance.
Candidates must hold a BS or MS in engineering from an ABET-accredited program and have at least ten years of experience in the nuclear power industry, including license renewal work. A working knowledge of NRC regulations and guidance is required, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license is considered a plus. The company does not sponsor work-authorization permits for this position.
