Construction Interiors Manager - Atlanta, GA

Description

• Assist with all the necessary project schedules to monitor, construction meetings to conduct, stakeholders to update, change orders and RFIs
• Track, organize, and maintain onsite construction materials inventory to ensure successful projects
• Update and maintain internal construction tracker daily
• Help monitor and maintain agreed-upon project budgets and schedules, overseeing construction activities, and communications with organizational stakeholders
• Help with diligence walks, assessing property conditions, marking up site plans, and estimating repair costs for completing each project
• Help procure construction services
• The interiors manager will be the on-site representative reporting to the Construction Manager, using clear communication skills to ensure the successful completion of the project

Requirements

• Comfortable leading construction crews to completion
• Familiar with accepted building practices including techniques, code requirements and market pricing
• 2 + years of experience in the construction field preferred
• Proven project coordination skills for each stage of construction and renovation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Project)
• Familiar with construction equipment
• Experience with scheduling and executing multifamily unit renovations, hospitality experience will also be considered
• Able to communicate effectively with a diverse array of people
• Familiarity with capex projects including exterior repairs, amenities, MEP upgrades and common areas a plus
• Strong analytical problem-solving and costing skills
• Stellar record in real estate, specifically in the construction field
