Help monitor and maintain agreed-upon project budgets and schedules, overseeing construction activities, and communications with organizational stakeholders
Help with diligence walks, assessing property conditions, marking up site plans, and estimating repair costs for completing each project
Help procure construction services

Strong analytical problem-solving and costing skills
Stellar record in real estate, specifically in the construction field
