Rosendin’s Summer Internship Program is a 10‑to‑12‑week paid, hands‑on training experience. Interns work alongside passionate mentors solving real‑world challenges in construction project management, engineering, procurement, estimating, safety, and corporate roles. The program helps you apply classroom concepts, develop your potential, and build a professional network.
In mid‑June, all interns are invited to a week‑long Internship Week featuring subjects such as project management, estimating, engineering, and safety. Participants visit live job sites and take part in team‑building events, making the experience highly valuable.
Interns receive on‑the‑job experience, mentorship, and the chance to work with some of the brightest professionals in the industry. The paid internship may lead to full‑time employment at any of Rosendin’s locations, and the company supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
