Project Specialist

Description

• Support the monitoring of performance for the resources allocated to projects.
• Leads the project team, establishes the project execution approach, and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
• Supports (when required) the collection of needs for the cross-functional of the resources allocated to the projects for their development and process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution, especially in smaller units.
• Ensures compliance with standard ABB internal directives and procedure(s), relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration related field.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in project coordination or support, preferably within manufacturing of mechanical, electrical or electronic products.
