What you would be doing

  • Help with seasonal tasks such as snow or leaf removal
  • Perform basic maintenance and help prepare units for new residents
  • Report repair and maintenance needs to the Service Manager
  • Support the maintenance team with move-outs and turnovers
  • Assist with routine property maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Keep the grounds, walkways, stairways, and public areas clean and debris-free
  • Maintain neat and organized work and storage areas
  • Clean and maintain pool areas (where applicable)
  • Adhere to all safety and company policies
