Project Manager - Retail Construction Consultancy

Description

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Monitor project programmes, budgets, and quality standards
• Work with leading QSR brands
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Act as primary client liaison, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
• Oversee compliance with building regulations, health & safety requirements, and brand standards
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including architects, M&E contractors, kitchen specialists, and suppliers
• Manage end-to-end delivery of QSR construction projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs

Requirements

They're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their successful team and lead construction projects for their QSR clients. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, managing projects from inception through to handover, ensuring seamless delivery of new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs across multiple sites.

• Knowledge of kitchen ventilation systems, refrigeration, and food service equipment
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, commercial kitchen equipment, or similar MEP disciplines
• Experience working directly with QSR brands or in the hospitality sector
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant qualification (APM, construction management degree, or similar)
• Understanding of QSR operational requirements and constraints
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience in project management within construction or fit-out environments
