University Internships: Engineering and Technology – 2026 opportunities invite students to join Baker Hughes, a global energy company, for a 12‑week paid internship starting May 18, 2026. The program offers hands‑on experience for Bachelor’s or Master’s students, exposing them to processes, systems, and leading‑edge technology that meet customer needs.
Interns receive focused training, attend team meetings, work on real projects, and present their results. Each participant is paired with a buddy and supervised by a manager who provide coaching, mentoring, and support throughout the experience.
Baker Hughes offers flexible working patterns to accommodate individual preferences and encourages interns to discuss desired arrangements during the application process. This flexibility helps interns balance personal productivity with project goals.
