Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager, the Customer Solutions Connections Officer will be responsible for managing customer and technical requirements for projects such as new connections, alterations, isolations, and abolishments, as well as support services like Access Permits, Tiger Tails, and MEG connections. A key aspect of the role will be ensuring that projects are scoped efficiently and delivered on time, meeting both customer expectations and SA Power Networks' standards.
