  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • 5+ years of inside sales or sales development experience, including 2+ years in a direct leadership role.
  • Proficient with CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, etc.).
  • Proven success building and scaling SDR/BDR teams while consistently achieving or exceeding pipeline targets.
  • Experience in pipeline forecasting, quota management, and aligning inside sales performance to broader revenue goals.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales motions, ideally within supply chain, logistics, SaaS, or related industries.
