The internship is based in San Jose, California and requires on‑site attendance; remote work is not available. Therma seeks a motivated, detail‑oriented Project Management Intern to gain hands‑on experience in mechanical construction project management from pre‑construction through closeout. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and demonstrates strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills in a fast‑paced environment.
Applicants must be college students in a relevant field such as construction management or mechanical engineering, possess a valid driver’s license, and have completed at least two years of undergraduate coursework at an accredited institution. A pre‑employment drug screen may be required for certain projects.
The position offers an hourly wage of $25 and does not provide sponsorship for work authorization. Candidates must meet a minimum 3.0 GPA and possess the competencies listed below.
