- Support the team through the deal execution and due diligence process.
- Participate in investment meetings, tracking and reporting on investment pipeline activities;
- Develop and maintain financial models for use in evaluating potential investments using Argus Enterprise and Excel;
- Build and manage transaction databases for industrial assets across all of our active markets;
- Conduct industry research and assist in preparation of memos, presentations and reports for management as required;
