Lead supplier negotiations and project implementation for assigned commodities
Create and manage a Sourcing Cost Reduction Program (PPV & VAVE) project funnel.
Develop and execute cost reduction strategies aligned with company goals
Develop and maintain a supply chain roadmap, supporting transitions and continuous improvements.
Manage important metrics such as Supplier Quality, Service, Cost, Safety, and Integrity.
Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.
Develop relationships with our teams (Engineering, Product Management) and external suppliers.
Provide escalation support for site purchasing managers and improve supplier performance through global leverage.
Become the subject matter expert for assigned commodities and associated markets.
Categorize suppliers as Strategic, Grow, Maintain, or Rationalize, and implement appropriate strategies.
Maintain a Supplier Risk Management Program, focusing on capacity, quality, and delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, or Supply Chain. MBA and/or APICS/ISM certifications preferred.
International commodity sourcing experience in China, Vietnam, Mexico and India is preferred.
Willingness to travel 25% domestically and internationally, as required.
Ability to physically move around the office and occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.
3+ years of experience in Global Supply Chain Operations (industrial/commercial), with experience in casting and machining and other categories of spend.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.
