Assign one or more Concrete Finishers – Class B to each product and brief them on the exact dry finish and any special requirements.
Jump in as needed: saw off strand ends, sack concrete members, and rock panel edges to meet spec.
Begin by reviewing shop cards with the Manager to align on the day’s beds and products.
Confirm members are green tagged prior to storage and close any quality loops.
Apply dry finishes or rework to products to keep schedules intact and standards high.
Handle miscellaneous duties as directed by the Supervisor to keep the yard flowing.
Coach finishers on technique and quality checkpoints; reinforce Safety and Quality rules and processes.
Walk each bed form, verify the required dry finish, and plan the sequence to hit production targets.

High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of leadership experience (required) with a track record of directing crews safely and effectively.
Proficiency in Leadership / People Management and the 5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method).
