If you’re someone who thrives on connection, organization, and creating spaces people love to call home—this could be your next great move.
- o Basic understanding of financial / budgeting principles (can read a budget), maintenance processes and responsibilities, sales/competitive markets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years’ experience or equivalent in multi-family housing.
- o Excellent computer skills, able to effectively navigate industry software (YARDI).
- o Consistent successful application of fair housing and legal requirements when leasing and marketing property/units.
- Sufficient technical proficiency, demonstrating:
- o Simultaneously maintain a strong sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
- o Express self and ideas clearly and concisely, regardless of communication method.
- o General knowledge of local, state, and federal resident/property management laws/guidelines.
- o Self-direct and adapt to changes, managing competing priorities and projects without sacrificing exceptional service.
- o Experience managing/supervising 1+ employees preferred.

PAY: Salary from $57,000-63,000 based on experience
