Cadet Graduate Role

• Supporting senior staff with computer-based tasks and maintaining a high standard of digital organisation.
• Tenders folders
• Assisting with material pricing exercises and collation of supplier information.
• Marking up scopes of work under direction and ensuring project documentation is kept current.
• Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and easy navigation of digital information across the business.
• Taking ownership of the organisation and formatting of our company’s digital folders, including:
• Sending and tracking samples for client and consultant approvals.
• Preparation of project documentation such as ITPs, SWMS, HRW permits and other compliance requirements.

This role is intended as a development pathway – starting with foundational tasks and responsibilities, then growing into a broader project coordination or management role as skills and experience build.
