We are looking for a Graduate Site Engineer working on major infrastructure projects. you will support the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects that enhance the city’s transport network, public spaces, and utility services. Working under the supervision of senior engineers, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects through technical, on-site, and administrative support.

Assist in setting out works using surveying instruments and GPS equipment.
Promote and ensure compliance with Dublin City Council’s Health & Safety Management System.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and progress.
Assist in the supervision of construction and maintenance works on roads, drainage, footpaths, cycleways, bridges, and other municipal infrastructure.
Conduct site inspections, surveys, and quality control checks.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and other Council departments to ensure timely project delivery.
Contribute to the preparation of design reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
Assist with project documentation including site diaries, progress reports, and cost tracking.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to issue resolution and planning updates.
Support the use of BIM, AutoCAD, and GIS systems in project delivery.
Support contractor coordination and ensure adherence to environmental and traffic management plans.
Report and document any incidents or non-conformances promptly.
Prepare and review technical drawings, schedules, and as-built records.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and environmental checks as required.
