Project Leadership: Work closely with our logistics and manufacturing teams to lead process improvements around kanban control, material flow, information flow, and product databases. You’ll have end-to-end responsibility for managing and implementing your projects, supported by seasoned mentors.
Data & Process Management: Oversee and maintain internal databases, streamline production processes, and ensure that essential production data is accurately processed and optimized using platforms like MS Excel.
Organizational Impact: From controlling site-wide logistics to improving data flow and supporting production processes, you’ll be directly involved in projects that enhance the entire Clay Cross site.
Project Coordination: Facilitate alignment across project teams to ensure milestones and deadlines are met. Run planning meetings, check-ins, and project reviews to maintain momentum and deliver results.
Continuous Improvement & Strategic Planning: Dive into continuous improvement projects across the year, with full ownership over your own initiatives. Play a vital role in driving long-term strategic plans that improve efficiency and productivity across our sites.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments across the site, offering support, guidance, and expertise on active projects. This includes alignment with HR to assist in managing annualized hours, holiday management, training matrices, and more.
