To help complete vertical flues, adding bracing into the loft and weathering the lead slate into the roof
To assist with vertical flues
To record accurate logs of work undertaken and materials used, to capture this on the company’s PDA / I.T system.
Carry out your daily tasks in a helpful and professional approach prioritising customer service.
To assist with the installation of new boilers where required
Follow on from heating installations and complete a range of tasks that include boxing in pipework, tiling, ceiling repairs, making good & painting.
To build timber boxing under boilers where required
To work closely with the Area Manager and admins to provide a variety of assistance to the install engineers
To always keep your allocated company vehicle clean and tidy ensuring any waste is disposed of to company/HSE regulations.
To attend all calls allocated to you, if delayed report to call handlers so the resident can be made aware of delays.
Where any further works are required, you must liaise with the Area Manager/ admin teams and then inform residents of the timescale for completion of the work being undertaken.
To assist with the ASHP installations, building concrete bases, lifting floorboards, and constructing new cupboards
Day-to-day self-management of your workload, being responsible for the works you have carried out.
