-Support the planning and running of social events to encourage engagement and connection. -Build a strong sense of community by delivering correspondence, being a friendly neighbour, and maintaining excellent relationships with residents and their families. -Maintain the “Repairs Log Book,” report faults to approved contractors, and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure a safe and pleasant environment. -Carry out regular property checks, ensuring the building's safety, appearance, and upkeep. -Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager, including handling the main phone line and managing petty cash.
