To supervise and ensure all M&E and building services under the Contract are properly maintained and in efficient operating condition.
Oversee functions and activities of day-to-day M&E systems and prepare a systematic approach to repair, maintenance and improvement work.
Oversees the works carried out by the outsourced contractors and to ensure minimal disruption to the building operation.
Attend all monthly meetings with the Employer and be physically present on-site during emergencies unless obtained the prior permission from the Employer to absent himself/ herself from the meeting or emergencies, and that an authorised representative will be attending on his/her behalf.

Degree/diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 years relevant experience in maintaining M&E systems in the high-rise office buildings.
