Lead a team of structural engineers and technicians across Ontario.
Actively participate in the design and preparation of plans and specifications (steel, concrete, wood, masonry, etc.).
Supervise the execution of structural work during the construction phase.
Ensure that the engineering work is produced according to the quality standards of the industry and respect the National Building Code and Ontario Building Code.
Maintain and develop client and stakeholder relationships and conduct business development activities.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of ten (10) years of previous experience as a structural engineer in the industry.
Master's degree in Structural Engineering is an asset.
Three (3) years of relevant team management experience.
Detail oriented with the ability to manage changing priorities.
Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) with PEO.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong experience with structural design software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, etc.).
