Develop and maintain financial models.
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data and insights into business operations.
Managing ad-hoc projects
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in FP&A.
Preserve The Entrepreneurial Spirit
Oversee the cost center reporting process.
Preparing Board decks and presentations
Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Lead and manage all aspects of the FP&A function, including:
Communicating with senior leadership
Developing and implementing strategic financial plans
Requirements

Expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
10+ years of experience in FP&A or a related field.
Practice Adaptability
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans.
