- Dewatering assessments for infrastructure projects
- You will follow and understand the health and safety procedures of WSP and our clients to protect yourself and other workers
- You'll work with intermediate and senior hydrogeologists to provide technical services related to both mining and infrastructure-related projects.
- Work both independently and in a group setting under the direction of senior specialists in related disciplines.
- Support the development and implementation of numerical groundwater flow models for a wide range of projects, including:
- Provide technical support and complete hydrogeological analysis, visualizations, and aid in the development of conceptual site models.
- Preparing technical documents and reports
- Enhance the world around you - from the environment to the highways, to the buildings and the terrain, WSP is the fabric of Canada.
- Assist more senior staff with the development and preparation of project proposals.
- Compile field and/or other data for interpretation and analysis

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the MS Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Will be a team player, with the ability to cooperate and communicate with other staff, subcontractors, and clients.
- Experience with hydrogeological analysis (for example, the use of AQTESOLV or similar)
- Experience in the development and application of numerical modelling tools/approaches in groundwater
- An unrestricted full Class G Driver’s License (or equivalent) that is valid in the province of Ontario, a clean Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
- Experience using Python and SQL for data analysis
- You have a strong ability to learn new systems and skills independently
- 5-10 years of job experience and registration as either a Geoscientist or Engineer in the Province of Ontario
- A Master's degree (or equivalent education) in Hydrogeology, Environmental/Earth Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or similar program. A specialization in groundwater modelling through coursework or project/thesis is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
