- Supervise the activities of each O&M Contractor in relation to ridership measurement and timetable optimization, ensuring alignment with operational goals and passenger expectations.

- Assist the Employer in conducting, specifying, and monitoring ridership across the KAPT (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Public Transport).

- Proven expertise in transport modeling, demand forecasting, and metro service planning.
- Having clear and concise procedures and guidelines for both line managers and employees to ensure policies are fully understood and implemented.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical teams, contractors, and government stakeholders.
- Complying with the relevant employment legislation and codes of practice.
- Experience in public transport systems, preferably metro or urban rail networks.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years’ senior technical experience with extensive knowledge in developing and deploying travel forecast models on a macro scale.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable operational plans.
