What you would be doing
stakeholder coordination
3d rendering

Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
Utilize 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts
Produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction
Provide project team coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections; ensure design intent is incorporated into the construction documentation
Design and deliver functional and beautiful spaces within the Critical Facilities Practice Area
Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction
What you bring

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other 3D modeling software
Active pursuit of becoming a Registered/Licensed Architect (RA) in the U.S., NCARB preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
1-6 years of experience within the commercial architecture and design field, with recent focus on project delivery
Experience in construction document preparation and field observation is preferred
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques is preferred
Interest in, or experience with, design and delivery of laboratories, data center, R&D, command center, high-tech‑ factory, and/or federal, state, and local government facility spaces
Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this position is $65-80k, plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, with final compensation contingent on relevant experience.
