Key duties include reviewing project proposals and specifications, preparing material orders, visiting job sites to monitor progress and resolve issues, creating detailed project plans, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and handling any additional tasks assigned by management.
Candidates must possess at least a high school education, preferably a related degree, and have two years of relevant experience or equivalent training, with the ability to pass a background check. Preferred qualifications include experience with ACCUBID, intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and proficiency in take‑off estimator planning.
