You will enable the planning and delivery of leadership development programmes alongside the Senior Coordinator, building and refining smart systems, templates, and digital workflows. You’ll harness AI tools to streamline admin tasks and create seamless learning experiences, while coordinating scheduling, logistics, event planning and communications for virtual and in‑person sessions. You’ll maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation, provide tech support during virtual sessions, and continuously improve programmes by bringing fresh ideas. You will also partner with the VP of Leadership Development to research and produce polished presentation materials.
The role requires strong digital confidence, particularly with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), and hands‑on experience using AI tools such as internal AI systems or Microsoft Copilot to optimise workflows. Exceptional organisation, precision, attention to detail, and clear, culturally aware communication across time zones are essential. You must be able to juggle multiple priorities independently and create effective templates, trackers and digital forms that enhance learning programmes.
Experience in Learning & Development or HR, familiarity with LMS platforms, and a growth mindset are desirable. Confidence in hybrid and face‑to‑face learning environments, as well as a collaborative, solutions‑driven approach, will set you apart.
