Candidates should hold a B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Computer Science and possess a basic understanding of physics and mechanical engineering concepts such as structural, thermal, and fluid flow. Familiarity with AI/ML tools, CAD software, and analysis packages is preferred, as is experience with programming languages like Python, MATLAB, VBA, or C#.
The role involves participation in internal open‑innovation events, applying internal systems and processes after training, and collaborating with multidisciplinary, multicultural teams worldwide. Effective communication and the ability to present to engineering and business leadership are essential.
