Enter/Upload timecards as required.
Processing of ROE's with UKG and submit to Service Canada.
Responsible for uploading required supporting documentation in UKG to ensure compliance standards are well maintained ie. Offer letter, Termination letter.
Support the testing of system upgrades, enhancements, changes / CBA updates.
Manage the processing of vacation requests in WFM.
Responsible for the processing of mass layoffs/recalls, preparation of excel files - status, deductions implications (union dues, pensions, etc.).
Collaborate with other shared services teams to ensure cross-departmental responsibilities are met.
Act as first point of contact for employee lifecycle change requests, executing updates in employee master files via UKG for items such as new hires, terminations, layoffs, salary changes and organizational for Canadian employees, unionized and non-unionized.
Proactive review list of outstanding requests and communicate with the respective stakeholders for a fast resolution.
Responsible for the enrollment and adjustments related to Total Reward plans such as Pension & Benefits & other related Company sponsored, or non-company sponsored plans
Reconcile all payroll liabilities General Ledger account in a timely manner.
