Designing, programming, and troubleshooting PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interfaces), and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.

Have a flexible approach to travel, as and when required.
Has experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things), and cloud-based monitoring systems.
Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Held a certification in automation, controls, or other electrical engineering disciplines.
Be able to read and interpret electrical schematics & wiring diagrams.
Were familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Hold a minimum qualification of NVQ level 3 in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or related field.
Possess a good knowledge of electrical safety regulations.
Had experience with robotics, control, and vision systems.
Be proficient in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.) and HMI/SCADA development. Experience with robotics, control, and vision systems would be advantageous.
Have previous professional experience in controls engineering, automation, or a similar role within a production/manufacturing environment.
Have strong problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and have excellent attention to detail.
Have a strong understanding of industrial networking, communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.), and instrumentation.
Possess excellent time management and organisational skills, being able to effectively prioritise workloads.
