Have experience working within and an understanding of the development process, housing sector and construction industry.
Understand Health and Safety requirements within a construction environment with a relevant CDM 2015 qualification.
Good commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and work collaboratively to meet tight deadlines.
Resilient, positive and proactive approach
Have knowledge of procurement, financial appraisals and project management principles.
