  • Risk, Compliance, Audit & Regulatory Controls: Anticipate operational risks, implement mitigation plans and robust quality controls, and ensure adherence to all auditing, regulatory and compliance standards relevant to CRE servicing. Proactively escalate and resolve issues.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with India and U.S. stakeholders to understand and implement business strategy, tailoring operational plans to meet global objectives.

  • Team Leadership & Communication: Lead, motivate, mentor, and coach line managers to ensure effective communication and execution of business strategy. Create an engaging and inclusive environment where team members understand expectations and their achievements are recognized.
  • Employee Engagement & Talent Management: Collaborate with business leaders and the People team to support employee engagement, satisfaction, retention, productivity, and talent acquisition.
  • Change Management & Corporate Initiatives: Oversee the rollout of corporate initiatives and employee development programs aligned with Berkadia's change management philosophy and People strategy.
  • Business Metrics & KPIs: Establish, track, and report on business metrics; proactively drive corrective actions to ensure delivery of KPIs.
  • Operational Execution: Manage multiple servicing verticals (including investor and rating agency requests) with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
