The Leasing Consultant welcomes prospective residents, coordinates tours, and responds to leasing inquiries while also assisting current residents with day‑to‑day issues and lease renewals. This role serves as the central communication hub between residents, community management, and maintenance teams, ensuring smooth operations and resident satisfaction.
- Serve as first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors.
- Lease apartments and promote property products and services within budget.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards in all interactions.
- Monitor leasing traffic, follow up on leads, and track trends.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of property features and competitor offerings.
- Support marketing initiatives to position Bell communities as preferred choices.
- Coordinate resident application reviews per Bell guidelines.
- Prepare complete lease packets, including addendums and required forms.
- Provide timely responses to resident inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and make sound decisions.
