

Leading global real estate investment manager
As a Property Manager at Hines you will ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations of a 370‑acre site that includes over 1.6 M SF of hangars, office space, and a 50,000‑person concert venue. The role blends hospitality‑centric culture with real‑estate expertise to maintain physical assets while enhancing the client experience. You will work closely with the General Property Manager to lead property and operations teams, oversee contracts, support construction, leasing, and ownership‑led events.
You will train and mentor staff, lead cross‑functional teams and third‑party providers, and apply hospitality hiring practices to build a people‑focused workforce. Operational duties include managing maintenance, security, parking, housekeeping, budgeting, rent collection, capital‑expenditure planning, lease administration, and marketing initiatives. You will also supervise service contract negotiations, ensure mechanical and life‑safety compliance, and direct emergency procedures and event security.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree—preferably in business, hospitality, or real estate—and at least five years of management experience with full P&L responsibility. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have completed the Hines Property Management Training Program (or equivalent), and possess strong emotional intelligence, leadership, analytical, and project‑management skills. Physical requirements include the ability to conduct inspections, lift up to 25 lb, and be on‑call for emergencies.
