Partner with OFS support teams and back-office staff to ensure full compliance with internal and external reporting deadlines and financial requirements.
Directly oversee Construction Supervisors, Managers, and Project Managers to ensure projects are built to design, on budget, safely, with quality, and on schedule.
Interface with customers, vendors, and subcontractors while identifying opportunities for market growth and long-term sustainability.
You track new and completed work with a high level of accuracy and quality.
Manage material, equipment, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules with accuracy and accountability.
Prioritize projects based on customer needs, escalations, resource requirements, and workforce allocation.
