- Champion innovation and out‑of‑the‑box thinking to enhance asset resilience and performance
- Guide risk management, compliance, and regulatory submissions for transmission lines
- Oversee condition assessments, scope development, and project initiation to maintain safety and reliability
- Lead the creation and refinement of asset specifications, maintenance strategies, and business cases

- Hold an Engineering degree (Electrical or Structural)
- Extensive engineering design and asset management experience

- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic asset management plans in regulated settings
- Familiarity with condition monitoring and assessment techniques for transmission lines
- Experience with transmission line design standards, principles, and construction
- Membership in a national engineering registration body
