Established local and regional business development network with seller-doer experience
Proficiency with WaterCAD or equivalent modeling tools, Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis, ArcGIS, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (including Teams)
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state where Cushing Terrell is hiring
Demonstrate expert knowledge of codes, permitting, and jurisdictional processes
Strong technical writing and communication skills
10+ years of civil engineering experience

Current NCEES license (National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying) license
