Assists with loading and appropriately securing product onto or inside delivery vehicle using motorized or non-motorized material handling equipment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly rides in a truck delivering product to customers. Works in all types of weather. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
May be required to perform specific tasks that involve climbing, lifting, pushing or kneeling.
Assists Driver in delivering and off-loading product at customer facility. With assistance from Driver will carry product (i.e., drywall, windows, doors, etc) to a designated area at the customer site.
Delivers customer orders to customer site using a company van or pickup truck. Obtains signed proof of delivery.
Inspects and maintains delivery vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Drives pilot vehicle for oversize loads, ensuring compliance with appropriate safety regulations.
Plans and paces own work efficiency in order to meet daily, weekly, project, or team related productivity goals.

Must have a valid driver’s license.
