Pursue opportunities to expand IO’s influence on projects and set the vision for IO’s role in major programs.
Implement operational strategies to achieve performance and financial targets in IO’s Balanced Scorecard, directly impacting overall corporate performance.
Provide vision and direction for the Implementation and Closeout portfolio, ensuring projects meet approved safety, schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
Monitor enterprise and program-level risks impacting the portfolio and ensure mitigation measures are effective.
