Tasks

-Streamlining workflows and data exchange to avoid rework and improve productivity. -Setting up and maintaining the common CAD/BIM environments used across our projects. -Project Management: Collaborate with civil engineers and architects to ensure all project requirements are met and adhere to the established specifications and standards. -Railway Design and Drafting: Use Bentley and AutoDesk software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs and drafts for complex railway projects. -Coordinating the work of draftsmen internally and with our subconsultants, ensuring consistency and quality. -Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all design and drafting activities related to railway projects. -Training and Leadership: Provide guidance and training to junior CAD Technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. -Quality Assurance: Review and modify CAD drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality in line with civil engineering principles and railway design standards.
