Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work closely with engineers, architects, and clients.
Attention to detail: A strong eye for documentation quality, design intent, and model integrity.
Experience: 4+ years as a BIM Designer/Modeller in building services, ideally within electrical engineering. Previous exposure to data centres or large, complex infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian Standards, NCC, and critical electrical systems in large-scale or mission-critical facilities.
Technical skills: Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM360 is a plus.
