- Review and approve HSE plans, method statements, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific HSE management systems and procedures.
- Monitor HSE performance, identify gaps, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure effective implementation of emergency response plans and drills.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities on all HSE-related issues.
- Supervise and guide HSE Managers, Engineers, and Officers across multiple project sites.
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure full compliance with company and client standards.
- Prepare and present regular HSE reports and performance summaries to senior management.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and conduct HSE awareness and training programs.
- Support the Head of HSE in developing company-wide safety strategies and initiatives.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting to management and clients.

- Minimum 12–15 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior role.
- Excellent knowledge of local HSE regulations, international standards, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Occupational Health & Safety.
- Ability to lead multiple project teams and work under pressure.
- Strong background in construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HSE management systems.
